Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the tahini, coconut oil, flax eggs, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the baking soda, salt, coconut flour, and almond flour until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into about 10-11 large cookies and place onto the prepared baking sheets. Lightly flatten.
- Bake for about 10 minutes and let cool before enjoying!
