Vegan & Gluten-free Apple Cinnamon Granola

This homemade apple cinnamon granola is not only delicious but also vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar free!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • teaspoon cloves
  • teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder optional!
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add in the rest of the ingredients until evenly mixed and combined.
  2. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet creating one large even layer. Bake for about 25-30 min. or until it is your desired level of crispiness. Stir occasionally to avoid any sections burning. Let cool and enjoy!
