Servings: 24 donut holes
Course: Breakfast, Dessert, Snack
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

For the donut holes:
  • 2 large bananas mashed
  • 1 ½ cup nondairy milk I used almond milk!
  • 4 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup granulated sugar can use a sugar substitute!
  • 2 ½ cup gluten-free flour I used King Arthur brand
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
For the cinnamon sugar coating:
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2-4 tablespoon coconut oil melted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 24 mini muffin tins. Mix together all of the wet ingredients until well combined.
  2. Add in the dry ingredients until you have a sticky batter. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin pans.
  3. Bake for about 17-23 minutes, depending on your oven. Once a toothpick comes out clean, you'll know they're done. Let cool completely.
  4. Once cooled, dip each donut in the melted coconut oil and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat them. Enjoy!
