Vegan & Gluten-free Banana Bread Donut Holes
These banana bread donut holes are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and so delicious!
Ingredients
For the donut holes:
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 1 ½ cup nondairy milk I used almond milk!
- 4 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar can use a sugar substitute!
- 2 ½ cup gluten-free flour I used King Arthur brand
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
For the cinnamon sugar coating:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2-4 tablespoon coconut oil melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 24 mini muffin tins. Mix together all of the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Add in the dry ingredients until you have a sticky batter. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin pans.
- Bake for about 17-23 minutes, depending on your oven. Once a toothpick comes out clean, you'll know they're done. Let cool completely.
- Once cooled, dip each donut in the melted coconut oil and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat them. Enjoy!
