Method
- In a food processor, blend the cashews, coconut oil, and maple syrup until smooth. Blend in the rest of the cashew layer ingredients until you have a dough.
- Press the mixture into a parchment lined loaf pan and place in freezer to set for ½ hour.
- Mix together all of the chocolate layer ingredients until smooth and spread evenly over the cashew layer. Let set before slicing and enjoying!
