Vegan & Gluten-free Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough

This double chocolate cookie dough is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and oh so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas rinsed & drained
  • cup almond butter smooth, natural
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cacao powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, add the chickpeas, almond butter, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add in the cacao and almond flour. Blend again until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. The cookie dough will be a very gooey consistency - so yum!
  3. Scoop into a jar and enjoy!
