Vegan & Gluten-free Christmas Sugar Cookie Dough

This Christmas sugar cookie dough is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 tablespoon non-dairy milk I used almond milk!
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup nondairy butter
  • ¼ cup holiday sprinkles of choice

Method
 

  1. Heat treat your flour by spreading it onto a baking sheet and baking at 350℉ for about 6 minutes.
  2. Cream together your butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients and add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you have a cookie dough texture. Fold in the sprinkles. Scoop into bites and enjoy!
