This Christmas sugar cookie dough is for all of my cookie dough lovers out there! I have plenty of cookie dough recipes on my website, so I simply had to add a festive version to the list. This cookie dough is so soft and delicious. It's vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and so tasty!

Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- non-dairy butter
- gluten-free flour
- vanilla and almond extract
- Christmas sprinkles
- sugar
- brown sugar
- non-dairy milk

Vegan & Gluten-free Christmas Sugar Cookie Dough
This Christmas sugar cookie dough is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup gluten-free flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 tablespoon non-dairy milk I used almond milk!
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup nondairy butter
- ¼ cup holiday sprinkles of choice
Instructions
- Heat treat your flour by spreading it onto a baking sheet and baking at 350℉ for about 6 minutes.
- Cream together your butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- Mix in the dry ingredients and add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you have a cookie dough texture. Fold in the sprinkles. Scoop into bites and enjoy!
