Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together your peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Mix in your protein powder until you have a dough.
- Begin rolling your pb dough into balls about 1 ½ tablespoon in size. Flatten each ball and place about 1 teaspoon of jam in the center of the dough before rolling the dough to enclose the jam. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the bites in the freezer to set for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
