Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- peanut butter (smooth, natural)
- maple syrup
- vanilla protein powder of choice
- strawberry jam of choice

Vegan & Gluten-free PB&J Protein Bites
These peanut butter & jelly protein bites are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, high protein, and so delicious!
Ingredients
- ½ cup smooth, natural peanut butter must use a natural peanut butter that is "runny" in consistency
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup +3 tablespoon vanilla protein powder of choice
- ¼ cup strawberry jam can use homemade or storebought!
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together your peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Mix in your protein powder until you have a dough.
- Begin rolling your pb dough into balls about 1 ½ tablespoon in size. Flatten each ball and place about 1 teaspoon of jam in the center of the dough before rolling the dough to enclose the jam. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the bites in the freezer to set for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
