Method
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend together the chickpeas, almond butter, vanilla, and sugar until you have a smooth sticky dough.
- Move this dough to a bowl and mix in the almond flour and coconut flour until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Press the dough into your prepared pan and place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer, slice, and enjoy!
