Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the pastry dough ingredients until you have a dough.
Split the dough in half and roll one half onto the parchment paper to create a rectangle. Spread your marshmallow fluff on top of the rectangle and sprinkle your chocolate chips evenly over top. Roll out the other half of the dough into the same size rectangle and place it on top of the filling.
Pinch the edges together using a fork. Bake for 17-19 minutes. Let cool.
Mix together your icing and add to the pop tart. Enjoy!
