Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the almond butter, milk, vanilla, molasses, sugar, and nutmeg until smooth. Mix in the almond flour, baking soda, and tapioca flour until you have a dough.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Begin scooping the dough into cookies and placing on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for about 11-12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
