These s'mores cookies are perfect for all of my s'mores lovers out there! They have the best soft texture that pairs perfectly with the gooey marshmallows and melty chocolate. These cookies are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!

These cookies were inspired by my peanut butter s'mores cookies! I wanted to make a version for those of us who don't love the peanut butter flavor.
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- almond butter
- molasses
- non-dairy milk
- brown sugar or coconut sugar
- nutmeg
- baking soda
- almond flour
- tapioca flour
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- vegan marshmallows

Vegan & Gluten-free S'mores Cookies

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the almond butter, milk, vanilla, molasses, sugar, and nutmeg until smooth. Mix in the almond flour, baking soda, and tapioca flour until you have a dough.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Begin scooping the dough into cookies and placing on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for about 11-12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
