Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 9 donut molds with coconut oil.
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter (or ghee), apple sauce, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and the milk/ACV mixture until smooth.
Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in the chopped strawberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut mold.
Bake for about 16-18 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Let the donuts cool in the mold for about 3 minutes before removing from the mold to continue cooling completely.
Mix together the icing ingredients and dip the cooled donuts into the icing. Enjoy!
