- applesauce
- non-dairy milk
- ACV
- vanilla extract
- baking soda

Vegan & Gluten-free Strawberry Donuts
These baked strawberry donuts are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted non-dairy butter or ghee
- ¼ cup applesauce
- ½ cup non-dairy milk mixed with 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup chopped strawberries
For the Strawberry Icing:
- 2 tablespoon strawberry puree I just pureed about 4 large strawberries
- 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 9 donut molds with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter (or ghee), apple sauce, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and the milk/ACV mixture until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in the chopped strawberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut mold.
- Bake for about 16-18 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Let the donuts cool in the mold for about 3 minutes before removing from the mold to continue cooling completely.
- Mix together the icing ingredients and dip the cooled donuts into the icing. Enjoy!
