Vegan & Gluten-free Strawberry Glazed Banana Bread Donut Holes

These strawberry glazed banana bread donut holes are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 4 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • cup sugar can use a sugar substitute!
  • 2 ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
For the strawberry glaze:
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup pureed strawberries
  • water to thin

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 24 mini muffin tins.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, coconut oil, milk, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
  4. Begin scooping this batter into the prepared muffin tins and fill them about ¾ of the way full. Bake for 17-23 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Mix together the strawberry glaze, slowly adding water until you achieve a consistency you like. Dip each of the donut holes into the glaze until fully coated. Let harden and enjoy!
