These strawberry glazed banana bread donut holes are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 24 mini muffin tins.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, coconut oil, milk, and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Begin scooping this batter into the prepared muffin tins and fill them about ¾ of the way full. Bake for 17-23 minutes. Let cool.
- Mix together the strawberry glaze, slowly adding water until you achieve a consistency you like. Dip each of the donut holes into the glaze until fully coated. Let harden and enjoy!
