Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 9 donut molds with coconut oil.
In a bowl, combine all of your wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in the sugar.
Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared donut molds and bake for 16-18 minutes.
Let the donuts sit in the donut mold for about a minute and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
While the donuts are cooling, mix together your icing, adding water slowly until you get your desired consistency. Dip each donut in the glaze and enjoy!
