- gluten-free flour
- brown sugar
- vegan butter or ghee
- applesauce
- non-dairy milk
- apple cider vinegar
- vanilla extract

Vegan & Gluten-free Vanilla Donuts
These vanilla donuts are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted ghee can sub vegan butter
- ¼ cup applesauce
- ½ cup nondairy milk mixed with 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar I used almond milk!
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
For the Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoon water to thin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease 9 donut molds with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, combine all of your wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in the sugar.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared donut molds and bake for 16-18 minutes.
- Let the donuts sit in the donut mold for about a minute and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- While the donuts are cooling, mix together your icing, adding water slowly until you get your desired consistency. Dip each donut in the glaze and enjoy!
