Vegan Protein Funfetti Ninja Creami Ice Cream

This ninja creami ice cream is high protein, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • cup almond milk
  • 1 ½ scoops vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla pudding mix can sub a ½ teaspoon of xanthum gum
  • 2 tablespoon sprinkles optional
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-3 tablespoon maple syrup (depending on how sweet your protein powder is and how sweet you want the ice cream) optional (I don't add it but I don't like super sweet!)

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami

Method
 

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami ice cream pint and freeze for at least 7 hours.
  3. When ready to mix, remove from freezer and run the ninja creami on "ice cream." Once it finishes the spin, add a little bit of almond milk before returning to the machine and running it on "lite ice cream." By now, you should have creamy ice cream! Enjoy!
