Paleo & Vegan Banana Bread Truffles
These banana bread truffles are paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond butter, mashed banana, and maple syrup until smooth. Mix in the almond flour and coconut flour until you have a dough. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Begin rolling the dough into truffles and placing on the prepared baking sheet. Place in freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
- Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Dip each truffle into the chocolate and let harden. Enjoy!
