These banana bread chocolate chip cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, super soft, and oh so tasty!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, mashed banana, egg, vanilla, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into cookies and place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for about 9-10 minutes. Sprinkle with optional sea salt and enjoy!
