This cookies and cream banana bread is for all of my fellow cookies and cream lovers! I used Trader Joe's gluten-free version of Oreos and it turned out delicious. This cookies and cream banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- bananas
- gluten-free Oreos or any sandwich cookies
- gluten-free flour
- baking powder
- baking soda
- eggs
- brown sugar or coconut sugar
- non-dairy butter

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all of your wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in your dry ingredients (except for the cookies) until you have a smooth batter. Fold in the sandwich cookies.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
