- honey
- non-dairy butter
- sugar
- gluten-free flour
- baking soda
- non-dairy dark chocolate chips

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Dark Chocolate Pistachio Cookies
These dark chocolate pistachio cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, egg, vanilla, honey, and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the flour, salt, and baking soda until you have a cookie dough. Fold in the pistachios and chocolate chips.
- Begin scooping the dough into cookies of your size preference and place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for about 10 minutes (I like to underbake mine, so they are extra soft and gooey!) Add your optional (but highly recommended) flaky sea salt and enjoy!
