Vegan & Gluten-free Snickers Brownies
These snickers brownies are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, no-bake, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Line either an 8x8 pan or a 9x5 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl combine all of the brownie base ingredients until you have a dough. Press the dough into the prepared pan and place in the freezer to set while you make the filling.
- In a food processor, blend together the dates, peanut butter, and maple until smooth. Fold in the peanuts.
- Spread this peanut butter caramel mixture evenly over the brownie base and return to the freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter caramel layer. Return to the freezer to set for another 20-30 minutes. Slice into brownies and enjoy!
Notes
*be sure you're using peanut butter where the only ingredient is peanuts! Using something other than natural peanut butter will not work, as the consistency is not the same.
