- smooth peanut butter
- brown sugar or coconut sugar
- maple syrup
- egg
- gluten-free flour
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- non-dairy milk
- baking soda

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Bars
These chocolate peanut butter cup cookie bars are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, until you have a cohesive dough.
- Press half of the dough into the prepared pan, evenly sprinkle all of the chocolate chips over top, then top with the remaining dough. Press dough lightly to seal everything together.
- Bake for about 18-22 minutes. Try not to overbake these if you want them soft and gooey! Let cool, sprinkle with some flaky sea salt, and enjoy!
