If you don't have collagen, I would sub almond flour in place of it.
Can I use a different nut/seed butter?
Yes, you can use any nut and/or seed butter you'd like. Just make sure it is natural and the only ingredient is the nut/seed.
Paleo Pumpkin Cookie Dough Bites
These pumpkin cookie dough bites are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and oh so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond butter, pumpkin puree, and honey until smooth. Mix in the spices.
- Mix in the collagen and coconut flour until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Begin scooping the dough into bites and place on the prepared baking sheet. Set in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
