These apple cinnamon bars are so soft and have the best cozy taste! I wasn't sure what to call these, but they are a yummy cinnamon blondie base with apples and caramel drizzle to top them off. These apple cinnamon bars are simple to make, gluten-free, dairy-free, and oh so delicious!

I love making these for the holidays - they are always a hit! They pair perfectly with my pumpkin pie bars and pumpkin cheesecake cookies!
