These banana granola bars are an absolute dream! They are probably one of my most favorite afternoon treats. They're made with super simple ingredients and make for the perfect post-lunch and post-dinner snack. These granola bars are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients

- ripe bananas
- peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- honey or maple syrup
- cinnamon
- gluten-free oats
- vanilla protein powder
- optional chocolate chips

Vegan & Gluten-free Banana Granola Bars
These banana granola bars are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 small/medium ripe bananas mashed
- ¾ cup smooth, natural peanut butter can sub any nut butter of choice
- ⅓ cup honey can sub maple syrup for vegan!
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cup gluten-free oats
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder of choice I use plant-based Orgain
- ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Mix in the cinnamon, protein powder, and oats until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
