Vegan & Gluten-free Peanut Butter Banana Bars
These peanut butter banana bars are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 small/medium mashed bananas
- ⅓ cup smooth, natural peanut butter
- 1 ¼ cup gluten-free oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅓ cup non-dairy chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix in the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
