- coconut flour
- tapioca flour
- freeze-dried strawberries

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Strawberry Cake Bars
These strawberry cake bars are gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whip together the butter, sugar, and agave until fluffy. Mix in the egg and extracts.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients, except for the strawberries, until well combined. Fold in the strawberries.
- Press the dough into the pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool before adding your frosting of choice and optional freeze dried strawberries. Slice and enjoy!
