- ground flaxseed
- baking powder

Paleo & Vegan Espresso Fudge Brownies
These espresso fudge brownies are paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the brownie ingredients until you have a sticky dough.
- Spread this evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 15-17 minutes. Let cool while you make the fudge frosting.
- Melt together the coconut cream and chocolate chips until smooth. Mix in the espresso powder. Spread this evenly over the brownie base and set in the fridge to set for about 10-20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
