    Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

    These banana cookie bars are one of my favorite simple desserts to make! I love any banana dessert, so these are up there as a favorite. These banana chocolate chip cookie bars are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and oh so delicious!

    Ingredients

    Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    • banana
    • almond butter
    • honey or maple syrup
    • gluten-free oats
    • almond flour
    • baking soda
    • non-dairy chocolate chips

    Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

    These banana chocolate chip cookie bars are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 ripe bananas mashed
    • ½ cup smooth almond butter natural
    • ⅓ cup honey can sub maple syrup
    • 1 cup gluten-free oats
    • ½ cup almond flour
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

    Method
     

    1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a bowl, mix together the almond butter, banana, and honey until smooth. Mix in the almond flour, oats, and baking soda until well combined.
    3. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and abke for 18-23 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
