- molasses
- banana
- almond butter
- non-dairy milk
- maple syrup
- almond flour
- baking powder & baking soda
- ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Gingerbread Cake Bites
These gingerbread cake bites are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so tasty!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, combine all of your ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Spread this into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool. Take the cake and add it to a stand mixer with the frosting. Mix until you have a squishy dough that you can roll into balls or shapes. Add more/less frosting based on the texture you like!
- Begin rolling the dough into cake balls or a shape of choice. Enjoy!
