    These gingerbread cake bites are the perfect holiday treat! These bites have such a soft and dreamy texture. Not only are they simple to make, but they're gluten-free, dairy-free, and so delicious!

    Ingredients

    Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    • eggs
    • molasses
    • banana
    • almond butter
    • non-dairy milk
    • maple syrup
    • almond flour
    • baking powder & baking soda
    • ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves

    These gingerbread cake bites are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so tasty!

    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 eggs
    • ½ cup mashed banana
    • ¼ cup almond butter
    • ½ cup non-dairy milk
    • splash of vanilla extract
    • 3 ½ tablespoon molasses
    • ½ cup maple syrup
    • 2 cup +4 tablespoon almond flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
    • ⅛ teaspoon cloves
    • 1 ½ teaspoon ginger
    • ¼ cup non-dairy frosting of choice

    Method
     

    1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a mixer, combine all of your ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
    3. Spread this into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    4. Let cool. Take the cake and add it to a stand mixer with the frosting. Mix until you have a squishy dough that you can roll into balls or shapes. Add more/less frosting based on the texture you like!
    5. Begin rolling the dough into cake balls or a shape of choice. Enjoy!
