Gluten-free & Dairy-free Maple Blondies
These maple blondies are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the butter, maple syrup, sugars, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 27-30 min. Let cool while you make the frosting.
- Mix together the frosting ingredients and spread over top of the blondies. Let harden before slicing and enjoying!

Very greasy feeling and not my favorite frosting. Texture overall is like underdone brownie, gooey and a bit chewy. I liked that and the flavor of the blondie.

Delicious but I subbed in almond flour and probably didn't use enough they are not as fluffy and decently gooey.

Followed the recipe but used Bob’s red mill’s egg replacer. It turned out just like a big pan o’ mush, so I think the flour measurements are off, and it should be 2-2.5 cups of flour. If I make them again, I’ll share an update!
