Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- gluten-free oats
- gluten-free flour
- baking soda
- baking powder
- cinnamon
- egg
- non-dairy butter
- sugar
- brown sugar or coconut sugar
- vanilla
- non-dairy chocolate chips

Top tip
If you want these extra gooey, do not overbake! And let them cool completely so you can slice them.

These oatmeal chocolate chip cookie bars are gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in the vanilla and egg until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the dough into your prepared pan and bake for about 12-16 minutes, depending on how gooey you want them. Top with flaky sea salt, let cool, and enjoy!
