These puppy chow cookies are the most delicious cookies I've ever made! If you're anything like me, you love puppy chow (or some call it muddy buddies!). These cookies are the perfect combo of puppy chow and a chocolate cookie...what could be better? These cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Puppy Chow Cookies
These puppy chow cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all of the cookie ingredients until you have a dough. Scoop and press the dough into cookies on the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 8 minutes.
- While the cookies are baking, start making the puppy chow. In a bowl, melt together the chocolate and peanut butter until smooth. Pour the chex cereal into the chocolate mixture (add as much chex as you can while still coating each piece) and mix around until the chex is completely coated in the chocolate peanut butter mixture. Pour this mixture into a large ziploc bag.
- Pour the powdered sugar into the bag, seal the bag, and begin shaking the bag around until the chex is coated evenly in powdered sugar.
- Once the cookies are out of the oven, press an indent into the center of each cookie. This is where you will spoon the puppy chow on top. Add puppy chow to each cookie (you will likely have leftover puppy chow, enjoy!). Enjoy!
