FAQ
Can these be made vegan?
I have only used an egg in this recipe. My best suggestion would be a flax egg, but I can't guarantee it'll work.
What kind of coconut milk should I use?
I suggest full-fat canned coconut milk.
Paleo Brownie Bites
These fudgy brownie bites are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a mini muffin pan with avocado oil.
- In a bowl, mix together all of the brownie batter ingredients until smooth. Begin scooping the batter into the prepared muffin tins.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Once you remove them from the oven, gently press down the center of each brownie bite using a ½ tablespoon to create an indent for the chocolate filling.
- Allow these to cool while you make the filling. Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut milk until smooth. Spoon this into the center of each brownie, top with optional flaky seat salt, and let set for about 20 minutes before enjoying!
