This banana bread is for all of my cinnamon lovers! It is all the goodness of banana bread with a cinnamon sugar topping. Not only is this banana bread soft and delicious, but it is also gluten-free, dairy-free, and made in a blender!

- ripe bananas
- coconut oil
- honey
- eggs
- cinnamon
- gluten-free flour
- granulated sugar
- baking powder

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Snickerdoodle Banana Bread
This snickerdoodle banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender, add your mashed banana, melted coconut oil, milk, eggs, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Add in the rest of your ingredients and blend until you have a smooth batter. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
- Mix together the cinnamon sugar topping and sprinkle evenly over top of the loaf. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
