    These strawberry blondies have the perfect soft texture and are oh so dreamy! I love using strawberries in my baking, especially during the summertime. These blondies are so easy to make, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!

    Ingredients

    Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    • strawberries
    • eggs
    • honey
    • maple syrup
    • non-dairy butter or ghee
    • coconut flour
    • almond flour
    • vanilla extract

    These strawberry blondies are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients
      

    • ½ cup melted non-dairy butter can sub melted ghee!
    • 2 eggs
    • ⅓ cup honey
    • ⅓ cup maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 cup almond flour
    • ½ cup coconut flour
    • ½ cup strawberries chopped

    Method
     

    1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, melted butter or ghee, honey, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    3. Mix in the almond flour and coconut flour until smooth. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
    4. Press the dough into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
