    These strawberry cheesecake bites are absolutely dreamy! They are made with only a few simple ingredients and have some added protein, so that's a win. These bites are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!

    Ingredients

    Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    • freeze dried strawberries
    • non-dairy cream cheese
    • gluten-free oats
    • applesauce
    • vanilla protein powder of choice
    • honey or maple syrup

    These strawberry cheesecake protein bites are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan-friendly, refined sugar-free, no-bake, and absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients
      

    • ½ cup non-dairy cream cheese softened
    • 2 tablespoon honey can sub maple syrup for vegan
    • ¼ cup applesauce unsweetened
    • 1 cup gluten-free oats
    • ¾ cup vanilla protein powder of choice
    • 1 oz. freeze dried strawberries crushed into powder

    Method
     

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, honey, and applesauce until smooth. Mix in the freeze-dried strawberries and protein powder. Fold in the oats.
    3. Begin scooping the mixture into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the freezer to set for about an hour. Enjoy!
