    Healthy Protein Oat Bites

    These protein oat bites are the most perfect healthy snack to have on hand at all times! Not only are they so simple to make, but they are so tasty too. These oat bites are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, high protein, and so delicious!

    Ingredients

    Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    • almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
    • honey
    • vanilla protein powder
    • oats
    • optional non-dairy chocolate chips

    Storage

    Store in the fridge or freezer!

    Healthy Protein Oat Bites

    These protein oat bites are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!

    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients
      

    • ¾ cup almond butter smooth, natural
    • ⅓ cup honey can sub maple for vegan
    • ½ cup vanilla protein powder of choice
    • 1 cup gluten-free oats
    • ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

    Method
     

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a bowl, mix together the almond butter and honey/maple until smooth. Mix in the protein powder and oats. Fold in the chocolate chips.
    3. Begin rolling the dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the freezer to set for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
