I'm calling these cinnamon toast blondies because my family claims they taste like buttery cinnamon toast but in a soft blondie form. If you love all things cinnamon and blondies, you will love these! These are made with super simple and healthy ingredients that I know you will love. They're paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!

Ingredients

- almond flour
- ghee or coconut oil
- egg
- coconut flour
- cinnamon
- coconut sugar

Paleo Cinnamon Toast Blondies
These cinnamon toast blondies are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup melted ghee can sub melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup maple syrup can sub honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
For the cinnamon sugar topping:
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted ghee, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a dough. Press the dough into the prepared pan.
- Mix together the cinnamon sugar topping and sprinkle this over top of the dough.
- Bake for about 15-17 minutes and let cool. Slice and enjoy!
