Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- almond flour
- coconut flour
- maple syrup
- coconut oil
- espresso powder
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- shredded coconut
- sweetened condensed coconut milk

Vegan & Gluten-free Coffee Coconut Squares
These coffee coconut squares are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and espresso powder until you have a dough.
- Press the dough into the prepared pan. Evenly spread the chocolate chips over top of the cookie dough layer. Evenly top with the shredded coconut.
- Pour the sweetened condensed coconut milk evenly over top and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
