- splash of vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup almond flour
- optional sprinkles
For the fudge frosting:
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
- ⅔ cup nondairy chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Mix together all of the brownie ingredients until well combined. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 15-17 min. Allow brownies to cool for at least 45 min. before adding the frosting.
- To make the frosting, heat the coconut cream and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat until completely melted and combined. Pour the frosting over the cooled brownies and add sprinkles. Place pan in the freezer to set for a few hours. Slice and enjoy!
