This protein cookie dough has the dreamiest texture! I used very simple and clean ingredients in these. I personally love to make a batch of protein cookie dough to have on hand throughout the week. These lil bites are vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

I love all the recipes of bars, cookies and round bites you print. And so do all of my senior art class students. I believe they look forward to the treats more than what they are going to make in class- thanks to you.
