This protein cookie dough has the dreamiest texture! I used very simple and clean ingredients in these. I personally love to make a batch of protein cookie dough to have on hand throughout the week. These lil bites are vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- almond butter
- maple syrup
- vanilla extract
- coconut oil
- almond flour
- chocolate protein powder of choice
- non-dairy chocolate chunks

Paleo & Vegan Protein Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
This protein cookie dough is paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- ½ cup almond butter smooth, natural
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup chocolate protein powder may have to adjust amount based on the type of protein powder you use!
- 1 non-dairy chocolate bar chopped
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Add in the almond flour and protein powder until you have a cookie dough mixture. Fold in the chopped chocolate bar.
- Begin scooping the cookie dough into bites and place on prepared baking sheet to set in fridge for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
