These tahini truffles are absolutely heavenly. They have the best soft texture and are made with the most simple and healthy ingredients. I personally love the flavor of tahini and think it pairs perfectly with chocolate. These are paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and oh so tasty!

    Cuisine: American
    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup tahini
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • 2 tablespoon almond flour
    • 2 tablespoon coconut flour
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    For the chocolate coating:
    • ⅔ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

    Method

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a bowl, mix together all of the tahini truffle ingredients until you have a dough. Place dough in the fridge to firm up for about a half hour.
    3. Begin rolling the dough into bite-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Place in the freezer to set for about 1 hour.
    4. Melt together the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Dip each truffle into the chocolate until completely coated and return to baking sheet to set. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
