These peanut butter protein apple slices are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and oh so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Wash your apples and begin slicing into round slices. Using a knife or a small cookie cutter, cut a small circle out of the center of each apple round.
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder until smooth.
- Begin spreading the peanut butter mixture evenly onto the apple round. Lay flat on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the apple rounds. Let set in the fridge before enjoying!
