    Vegan & Gluten-free Brownie Batter Bites

    These brownie batter bites are made with minimal ingredients and absolutely delicious! I used my favorite non-dairy EnjoyLife chocolate chips in this recipe. These brownie bites are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake, and absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients

    Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    • dates
    • tahini or nut/seed butter of choice
    • cacao
    • EnjoyLife chocolate chips
    • coconut oil

    Storage

    Store in the freezer as these are very soft at room temperature!

    Vegan & Gluten-free Brownie Batter Bites

    These brownie batter bites are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake, and absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup dates soaked in hot water for 10 minutes prior to use
    • 2 tablespoon tahini can sub any nut or seed butter
    • splash of hot water add as needed to blend
    • ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon cacao powder
    For the chocolate coating:
    • ½ cup EnjoyLife chocolate chips
    • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
    • flaky sea salt for topping

    Method
     

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a food processor or blender, add your soaked dates and tahini. Blend. Add your hot water as needed until the mixture is smooth and sticky. Mix in the cacao powder until fully combined. This batter will be sticky!
    3. Begin rolling the mixture into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Set in the freezer to set for about 20 minutes.
    4. While the bites are freezing, melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Begin dipping the frozen bites into the chocolate until fully coated. Sprinkle with sea salt and let harden. Enjoy!
